Okay, where do I begin? 30 years ago, June 16, 1979, to be exact. I got my real estate license and I am as excited to help you now as I was then - maybe more. I realize the tremendous joy home ownership provides as well as the challenge of buying and selling.
I have built a solid foundation of practical experience and education. I have earned the designations of GRI, CRS and CRB of which only 5% of realtors nationwide have achieved.
I have been honored as realtor of the year by my Board associates as well as Lifetime Membership in the NJ Association of Realtors' Circle of Excellence with over 275 million in sales.
I have the pleasure of working at Coldwell Banker surrounded by the most professional colleagues in the industry. Our office is Essex County's market area leader and has been uniquely structured to meet our clients' needs. Our service center provides "back room" assistance which allows me to be a "hands on" realtor.

- 1979 - obtained New Jersey real estate license.
- 1983 - obtained real estate broker's license.
- 1984 - obtained CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - only 5% of realtors nationwide qualify.
- 1985 - obtained CRB (Certified Resident Broker) - only 3% of brokers nationwide qualify.
- 1987 - West Essex Board of Realtors Associate of Year award.
- 1991 - Highest production level on West Essex Board.
- 1994 - Distinguished NJAR Million Dollar Lifetime Achievement Award.
- 2004 - Celebrating 25 years in real estate - it only seems like yesterday.
- 2005 - Sold Dawn and Buddy a home.Parenting at its highest level!
- 2006 - Chris and I became grandparents,Luke Richard.Grandparenting is as great as advertised.
- 2007/8 - Top 1% of Burgdorff for listings sold.
- 2008 - Awarded prestigious Burgdorff Spirit Award.Given to an established producer who is admired and respected by realtor colleagues both within and outside the company.
- 2009 - Celebrating 30 years in real estate.There have been many changes in the industry but "helping people make decisions and feel good about the decisions they make" remains my constant theme.
